Changes and Cancellations to Reservations
If you need to change, cancel or reschedule your reservation, you must notify our office at least 7 days prior to your schedule Flight. Schedule changes or cancellation within 7 days of your flight will require a $100 per person cancellation/rescheduling fee. Any change to a Private Hot Air Balloon Flight requires 7 days notice to change the total price of your flight.
Any cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled flight or not showing up for your scheduled flight results in forfeiture of the entire cost of your flight.
Rescheduling
There is no penalty if your flight is canceled by Rocky Mountain Balloon Rides due to unfavorable weather conditions. If your flight is postponed, simply call your office to reschedule your flight.
Payment
We accept all major credit/debit cards, local checks, and cash. We take payment the day of your flight. 4% transaction fee will be added to all credit card purchases.
Gratuity
If your service is exceptional gratuities are appreciated. Groups of 3 or more will have 10% gratuity added to their total.
Safety is EVERYTHING!
If it is not safe to fly, We WILL NOT fly! – Your Pilot will call you the day before your flight with a weather update for the safety of your flight. Our Pilots are FAA Commercial Pilots with PERFECT Safety Records and decades of ballooning experience. Balloons only fly when the weather is good and that’s why they are the safest form of aviation. All of our balloons are inspected on a regular schedule per FAA Rules and Regulations, and are fully insured.
